I've spent the last several years building products and leading teams, mostly in tech. What I've learned is that product work is fundamentally about people—understanding what they need, why they need it, and how to bring together the right team to build it.

I'm currently based in Germany, where I've had the opportunity to work across different markets and cultural contexts. This experience has shaped how I think about building products that work for diverse users and teams.
